How do I know it's working?
There
is a complete log kept and is accessible from the main page of
the backup application.
How long does it take?
It
will take a few hours for the first backup but subsequent
backups are usually less than 1/2 hour.
Should I back up my whole
disk?
No.
Just the data files and other important files like email.
Applications must be reinstalled so a restore will not work.
Do I have to leave my PC on?
Great

to backup upon startup or shutdown or when idle if backing up in
the middle of the night is not wanted.
What if I am out of town and
need a file?
No
problem. Bensky Backups has a web restore feature that
will work on any PC anywhere in the world with internet access.
Just select the files you want and they will be restored to the
local PC.
Is it safe?
Yes,
all of the data is encrypted on location and in process over the
internet. you hold the key and can only decrypt the data
with that key.
Can I get an email report of
the backup?

Backups has a feature to auto email the results of each and
every backup.
Am I on my own with the
install and configuration?
